From Monday 29rd March 2020 we are implementing social distancing until further notice.
We will continue to be operating during this time in this manor and until foreseeable future.
There will be no change for freighted repairs, if you do wish to use freight to reduce contact and do not have an account suggest using Sendle they will pick up goods from your property up to 25kg.
If you decide to drop the gear off in our downstairs reception area suggest you fill out the PDF form from the our 'BOOK A REPAIR' and place on top of the repair and then leave. We will sanitise it and then repair as normal.
Once repaired you will be notified by email as usual, If you are picking the goods up please contact by phone to organise an approximate time and your goods will be left for collection in the reception area and again sanitised before collection. I apologise for how impersonal this is. Hopefully together we can try to reduce the impact this will have on everyone in Australia and to the obviously the already damaged music industry my hope is that you will be okay.
